1. Cash Option Terms: Full-payment should be done within 30 days from the date of booking. In the event that full payment is not received within the stipulated period or the purchaser opts to terminate the transaction before completion for whatever reason, the Company will be at liberty to resell the property without any reference or notice to the purchaser and subsequently deduct 10% of the plot price being administrative cost.

2. Instalment Option Terms: In default of any one installment on due date, Username Investment Limited shall issue a twenty-one (21) days' notice to regularize payments and if at the expiry of the notice the Purchaser is still unable to pay, the Company will be at liberty to resell the property without any reference or notice to the purchaser and subsequently deduct 10% of the plot price being administrative cost.

3. Refund Terms: The Company will require the purchaser to make a formal refund request by filling in a client refund form. 10% of the plot price will be deducted being administrative cost.

4. Title Deed: The above mentioned prices are inclusive of legal fees, stamp duty and other related costs that may be incurred in the process of transferring the Title from the Vendor's name to Purchaser's preferred name. The transfer of the title deed takes 6 months after full payment is made and completion documents signed.
